I did not receive my order confirmation email, and was unable to access my account. Connie helped me figure out that I misspelled by email address, was able to locate my order, and updated my email address for me! Very timely, professional response. Thanks again Connie!
My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. After lots of emails back and forth. Photographs proving the delivery photo was the wrong address. They won’t resend the products or refund until they recover their money from the courier. I’ve had to contact Paypal to get a refund through them as the customer service has been so bad with LilySilk. I wish I paid more attention to the reviews before ordering.
A positive experience! That’s how i would summarize LillySilk. The products, delivery, but first of all the great customer service which is the key for trust and loyalty, a long lasting relationship if someone shows genuine interest in customers contentment. That’s why all big companies above all should pay good attention to their customer service. In my case it was “Apple” who with all her professionally showed great interest and care for every process going smoothly when i has to exchange an item which was too big for me. Avoid, Awful customer service
