I recently had an issue with my order at LillySilk due to an incorrect quantity. However, the customer service (Summer) was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly and smoothly. The contact was very friendly, and I felt well taken care of. I am very happy with the fast and hassle-free solution to my problem and would highly recommend LillySilk. I have shopped at LILYSILK multiple times, and every time I have been very satisfied. Both the products themselves and their customer service are highly recommended. First of all, the fabric quality is excellent, and there is a wide variety of styles. I often receive compliments from friends when wearing them. Additionally, the customer service representative, Connie, responded very promptly. There was a slight issue with the sizing, and she helped resolve it in a timely manner. I will definitely come back next time and look forward to new arrivals!

Gorgeous product. In addition to numerous pillows, I purchased 2 boxed sets of pillow case, eye mask and face mask. Absolutely luxurious. Moreover, the presentation is beautiful, making it an ideal special gift.
As for pillowcases, very presentable in an envelope-type boxes, they are fabulous. Multi-color ones are marked on the package.
The problem is with the solid pillowcases, which do not display the grade (number) on the package, which if opened, is no longer presentable as a gift. Please correct this along with stating the color of the item.

I had to return my first purchased item and Apple handled the whole process efficiently and professionally. The refund was made in a timely manner. I wish LilySilk will carry a lot more petite sizes!

Poor durability

I love the feel of the material. The silk and cashmere blend are very comfortable to wear all day long during a trip. However, I was very disappointed with the durability. I bought both the black and white in ~Nov, 2024. By Mar 2025, both had broken thread at the front collar. The dry cleaner said firmly this is not due to dry cleaning, since the damage would not be limited to one place.

Extremely Disappointed with Lilysilk's Customer Service

I recently purchased an item from Lilysilk and followed their instructions to return it to their warehouse in Germany in February. Despite adhering to their return policy, Lilysilk claims they cannot locate my returned item.
To make matters worse, I have now received a debt collection notice from Klarna for this purchase. This situation is unprecedented for me, and I am extremely disappointed with how Lilysilk has handled my return. It feels fundamentally wrong to be held accountable for a debt when I have done everything correctly on my end.
I urge Lilysilk to improve their return process and customer service to prevent such issues from happening to other customers.

After initial mess with posting it was…

After initial mess with posting it was all eventually fine. They return money for the delayed delivery, they have processed the return smoothly. The quality is ok (but not perfect) The only thing is that the shipping is from China, so it’s not too sustainable.

I was unsure when buying my first shirt how it would really turn out after washing it at home. Well, after my first I bought 3 more and a pair or trousers. The silk is unbelievable and so very easy to care, thank you for making such amazing garments

Expected higher quality

Silk is lovely. However for the price I expected a bit more quality. One of the buttons fell off after the first week :( Arms are rather tight whereas everywhere else has plenty of room, odd sizing.
