I did not receive my order confirmation email, and was unable to access my account. Connie helped me figure out that I misspelled by email address, was able to locate my order, and updated my email address for me! Very timely, professional response. Thanks again Connie!

A positive experience! That’s how i would summarize LillySilk. The products, delivery, but first of all the great customer service which is the key for trust and loyalty, a long lasting relationship if someone shows genuine interest in customers contentment. That’s why all big companies above all should pay good attention to their customer service. In my case it was “Apple” who with all her professionally showed great interest and care for every process going smoothly when i has to exchange an item which was too big for me. She, but also Anna and Abby before, arranged everything and kept me updated about each step. Thank you. ♥️

My parcel was delivered to the wrong address. After lots of emails back and forth. Photographs proving the delivery photo was the wrong address. They won’t resend the products or refund until they recover their money from the courier. I’ve had to contact Paypal to get a refund through them as the customer service has been so bad with LilySilk. I wish I paid more attention to the reviews before ordering.

I am delighted to be able to order custom made silk blouses for myself because I spend so much time and money on alterations throughout the year. I have now received two custom blouses and am delighted with both quality and fit.

Cannot believe Lydia Millen promoted it, it is so awkward, wayyy too big, and the silk quality has nubs. Totally disappointed

Avoid, Awful customer service

It is beyond my expectation to receive the item so quick. The fabric is tightly knit with high quality of cutting. Still had not yet put it on as the weather in our place is still cold.

Temperature mediating pajamas! Best thing ever!!!

I love my silk pajamas, and never want to get dressed anymore. I wear both the shirt and the pants out of the house to work paired with other pieces. They feel amazing! And if you sleep hot or cold these are for you! The best thing about them is how they keep me from getting hot or cold in bed.

Vey bad quality

When I received the item I was very happy although it was obvious that the material is not silk, it looked nice. However after the first wash( based on the provided instruction) it turned in to an old faded colour shirt and it’s not wearable any more. Waste of money
